What is losingourpants.com all about?

We are an online wholesaler/retailer selling large quantities of product on the Net. We are often overstocked on an item and need to make room for other product. Occasionally, our suppliers may be overstocked and are prepared to offer a great deal that we can pass along to our customers. No matter whether we or our suppliers are the ones losing our pants on these items, we will post a new item every day. At least our customers get to keep their pants on!

How often do you list a deal?

Deals go up every night at 12:00AM EST and run for exactly 24 hours

Is there a deal every single day?

Since deals are dependent on our overstocked items, it is technically possible for a day to go by without a deal, however, this will not happen very often.

Is there a limit on the quantity I can purchase?

You can purchase as many pieces as are available.

Do you offer a discount for large quantities?

At this price, we cannot offer a discount. You can always ask, but most likely it will not be available.

Do you sell other items besides the single deal-of-the-day?

Yes, we sell many items. You can find some of our items on eBay and Amazon.

I don't see the item anymore. Is the item/price still available?

This is a 24 hour deal. Once we sell out or the 24 hour period is over, this price will no longer be available. The item might still be available on our other locations at the regular price.

Do you offer customer service?

Please email us at websales@losingourpants.com with your inquiries. Note: Due to the rapid turnover of available deals, we may not be able to respond to deal-related questions before the deal expires.

What payments do you accept?

Currently, we only accept Paypal. You can use your credit cards via Paypal as well. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within the USA. We do not ship to APO, FPO, Guam, Canada, or Mexico.

When will my order ship?

Due to the large volume of orders, it can take up to 4-5 business days for your order to ship, though typically, your order will ship in less time. If you select Air Delivery, and the order is placed before 5:00PM EST, it will ship the same day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we will send you an email with the tracking information.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. NO REFUNDS. NO RETURNS.

What about defective items?

Defective items may be returned FOR EXCHANGE ONLY (see instructions below). Please realize that you are far more likely to get a better deal by contacting the manufacturer and getting an exchange. Since we are already losing our pants on these deals, know that you are responsible for return shipping.

How do I exchange a defective item?

1) Request an RMA# via email (returns@losingourpants.com) within 5 days of receipt.
2) You will get full instructions via email how to handle the returning item
3) We will ship back a replacement item. (If the item is no longer available, you will receive a full refund)
